really, and do they intend to compensate us at all? i mean right now were paying for what we cant use. It not just required maint this time so how about it. When a hurricane knocked out cable in my area for 2 weeks the cable company pro-rated the bill.

They've never given us time before so I'm not holding my breath. As I recall the last time there was an ISP problem it was close to 2 days...we got zip.
